He thoroughly cleaned both inside and outside units. He took his time and accurately tested pressures and components. He explained himself very clearly as to what he was doing and why. He is the absolute man when it comes to what he does! Ms. Kris is also on top of her game and will bend over backwards to try to help in any way that she can. 100% satisfied and I highly recommend
