- MMMike M2 days ago5.0Our a/c stopped working last night)Saturday) - thermostat screen blank, no power. JW Guidry came first thing Sunday morning, ready to solve our problem. He went up in the attic, found that a drain line was clogged, and proceeded to open the line. Not much later, he had the line cleared and we had a cool house again!! JW was pleasant, knowledgeable, and more than willing to explain exactly what happened and how to avoid a recurrence. Thanks, JW!!!
