I submitted a request through their website and received a call in less than an hour. Danny Uriegas contacted me and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. His prompt service was especially appreciated since my boss owns a local business and we were working on a very tight schedule. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Pathetic trash service, they don’t even empty the trash from trash cans. Seems they just pass by without doing their work.. don’t know how and why they even got the contract from city. After paying for the services every now and then we have experienced the worst service ever. LA city please don’t give contracts to this type of company and make us regret. Worst service ever

I know it’s not an easy job. But in a few months they’ve damaged/broken my cans, bent my mailbox, & left my trash on the road for me to pickup. Put some effort in the job.

I moved into my home in May and have already experienced two missed weeks of trash service that I paid for but did not receive. The first missed pickup was because AWS claimed there was a small crack in the lid of my trash can. I was told they would not pick up the can because of the crack. To avoid future issues, I purchased a replacement can, leaving me with two cans. Now, another pickup has been missed because they claim the can was too close to a pole. The pole was approximately three feet away from the trash can. Despite calling multiple times to request a pickup and resolve the issue, my requests have either gone unanswered or I’ve been met with an unhelpful attitude when I finally reach someone. I understand that companies have policies, but as a customer who has only been receiving service for two months, it is frustrating to have already lost two weeks of paid service over what seem to be minor issues. Reliable service and reasonable customer support should be expected when customers are paying for weekly trash collection. Based on my experience so far, I am very disappointed with both the service and the customer support. Do not recommend. Wish I could switch.

Our developer (Daigle) had rear (alley) landscaping installed 3 days ago including a 460 lb Boulder and a rock border. AWS truck #801 rolled right through it this morning without stopping or trying to maneuver the truck and stay in the road. Our neighbors watched the AWS driver just roll right through the newly planted flowerbed and keep on going. This is not the first or second time AWS has destroyed landscaping in our subdivision. AWS needs to reprimand or terminate these drivers and be responsible of all damage done to personal property.
