In real time he explained all the issues we were dealing with. His crew came out right away and started the work. We were informed when they would be there, told us when they were finished for the day and what would take place the next day, etc. All the young ladies in the office were also friendly and kept us in the loop. There was no guessing on what to expect next. I have been telling all our neighbors how pleased we were with Harold's Plumbing. Excellent company!
