  Troy was professional and took his time explaining the crawlspace moisture issue and the most effective solution. He was patient and answered all of our questions. He was quick to meet with me and had the issue remedied that same week. I HIGHLY recommend Duke Restoration!

  After a hurricane tore through our area, our roof suffered significant damage, and we were overwhelmed trying to figure out what to do next. Thankfully, we found Duke Restoration and from start to finish, they exceeded every expectation we had. Their team responded quickly to our call and came out to inspect the damage within 24 hours. They were professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable—exactly what you want during such a stressful time. They walked us through the repair process, helped us navigate the insurance side of things, and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of their work is outstanding. Not only did they repair the damage, but they also reinforced areas to help prevent future issues. The crew was efficient, respectful, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done—our yard looked better than before they arrived. We’re so grateful to Duke Restoration for turning a tough situation into a positive experience.   I called to get help with multiple projects in the hotel that I manage and was warmly greeted. Everyone I dealt with was super-responsive and polite. They were able to assist with every project needed including remediation after fire sprinkler head catastrophe and mold remediation. They even were able to help patch a broken window when an accident happened. Troy and his guys are always willing to help out and offer the fastest turnaround on every project. Great work, attention to detail and quick turnaround on every project! You cannot go wrong with Duke Restoration!

  Excellent service and response time following our water heater overflowing into the bedrooms. Duke Restoration was highly recommended by our neighbors who had a similar experience. I thought we would have to rip out all of the sheetrock and flooring, but they were able to save most of it. He took moisture readings as soon as he arrived and throughout the process to make sure nothing was overlooked. Gave us great peace of mind!

  Following Hurricane Ida, I called Duke Restoration to help with the roof damage and prevent further damage to my home. They responded very quickly, sending someone out with the needed equipment. Since they could get to us quickly, it kept us from having to rip out the entire ceiling in our kitchen where water had gotten in. They brought in dehumidifiers and fans, tarped the roof, and then worked up an estimate for us to submit to the insurance company, which they dealt with more than I did. Once the insurance company approved everything, they completed the repairs. A fantastic value for all of the work they did! Excellent team to work with!
