I had to have my AC completely replaced this summer. Instead of trying to upsell me, they were very honest about what I realistically needed. Then they brought and installed 2 window units to hold me over until the work was completed. That was genius!!! And a lifesaver. Since it’s been replaced, I’ve had to call twice with issues. Knowing everything is under warranty and that it’s new, this didn’t bother me. Both times also happened to be on a weekend! And both times, someone was on their way within a few hours. No big issues and now resolved! I highly recommend.

I’ve used AC Ambulance for years and recommend them to friends often. Having problems with your HVAC system is never a pleasant experience, but somehow they always make it a little more pleasant. Their technicians are incredibly friendly, really know their stuff, and patiently answer your questions, even when you’re asking them with a little frustration! Today was a perfect example of why I keep coming back. My technician noticed that the chain had come off the motor on my rolling gate. It had absolutely nothing to do with what he was there for, but he stayed a few extra minutes, helped me troubleshoot it, and we got it fixed. It was a small thing, but it said a lot. Great service, good people, and a company I’m always happy to recommend.

Knowing a good AC company is like knowing where to go for the best medical care, except this care is for one of the most important items in your home in South Louisiana, your AC system- and AC Ambulance supplies the exact care that your AC unit needs when it's not feeling well. AC Ambulance isn't just punctual as the name implies, they are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It's a family business that takes pride in their work and goes behind the typical show up, quick fix and then leave. They take their time and really work through the procedure. My previous AC company of many years recently retired and I was worried I would not be able to find a company to relieve the pain...until I called for The Ambulance...The AC Ambulance!
