- PMPhillip MalbroughMar 3, 20221.0Rented a manlift and scheduled it for a week to do tree service on my property. The manlift was dropped off on a Friday as scheduled, but then picked up on a Wednesday while I was at work. I had it planned out to finish the remaining branches on the tree I was on after I got off work on Wednesday, with help lined up and everything. If they were so anxious to get the equipment back, I would've been finished by Thursday. I had it scheduled for rent Friday- Friday, 7 days is a week not 4 or 5, but they picked it up 2 days early and give nothing but run-around, excuses, and try to put the blame on me as if I scheduled it wrong, and then tacked on another $65 afterwards. Don't waste your money here, go to Redfish Rentals.
