  Samir was great. Very knowledgeable and informative. AC unit is ancient and we are working to resolve. Also plan to address some electrical issues. Tomorrow is another day!

  The guys showed up on time (a little early, actually)👍🏽. Friendly, courteous, knowledgable. Answered any questions I had. Cleaned up inside and out. The only trace they left was the cold air. 🙌🏽

  Great service..however the moisture switch was not functional.Dustin gave the explanation that the Quality inspector would have it installed when they visit my residence.Home is now cool.

  Joseph was very professional. In fact he called ahead of time to see if it was all right to show up before the scheduled appointment that I had made. He was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing during the process. Overall I was very impressed with how streamline and easy it was to make an appointment online and see what times I had available so I could plan my day around their visit.

  George came on the 4th when the unit that we had just purchased for $18,000 on March 25, 2026 quit working. George figured out the problem quickly and put a new thermostat in. Problem solved. But here is the real issue. We were told in March that we needed to replace the 17 yr. old system. Dallas assured us that all service lines would be checked for compatibility. When the unit was in place and they were putting in the thermostat, we were told that the original wire from the unit to the thermostat was only a 4 wire line. In order to be compatible it had to be 5 wires. Another technician came with a module that supposedly would fix the problem. This was a fancy thermostat that had WiFi and our tenant could regulate the temp on her phone and it came with the system. When George got here, he said that the module was not working properly because the unit kept kicking on for a while and then off. The need for a 5 wire line should have been addressed at the time of the installation. Instead of installing the module they should have run a new line with 5 wires. Our tenant had been complaining that this new 3 ton system was not keeping the apartment as cool as the old 2 ton unit. As soon as George put in the 4 wire thermostat, everything changed. The unit runs and cools the apartment to her satisfaction. And that module that they said would make it work fine did not. We know it was a holiday and you charge OT but we don't think we should be charged $325 because this was a problem caused by the module that should never have been used. The installers should have run a 5 wire line and all of this could have been avoided. George Silva has been coming to our house for years and has always done an excellent job. And we are very grateful that it was George who came on the 4th. Edgar Smith
