  Carlos is the best AC guy I have used in 20 years. I have been using his services for 3 years now, and am more than pleased. I wouldn't use anyone else. He put in a whole new Carrier unit in 2023 and new duct work. He sealed and insulated leaks in my walls and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. He had an outside custom stand made for the outside unit, and he had a custom stand made for the inside unit. He insulated the walls surrounding the inside unit. He had an attractive custom door made with louvers to allow enough air to enter the enclosure the air handler is in. It looks like a nice hall closet door with attractive louvers and not an air conditioner closet with an ugly intake grate. He even came back and installed an upgraded thermostat than the one he originally installed. He cleans up after his work and never leaves a mess. He is conscious about tracking dirt in my house. His prices are reasonable, he is very responsive to changing an appointment, he always responds quickly, and is just all around pleasant to talk with and do business with. He has been maintaining the unit for 3 years, and Caribbean Breeze is definitely top notch. He does not pressure sell, he is beyond honorable and honest.

He was extremely responsive and easy to get in touch with—he returned calls quickly and communicated clearly about timing and when he would arrive. From the moment he came by, he was friendly, professional, and very patient in explaining what was going on with our AC. He took the time to walk me through the process so I actually understood the issue and what needed to be done. He was also incredibly kind (even great with my dog!), which made the whole experience much more comfortable. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable. It’s rare to find someone who is this responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. I highly recommend Carlos if you need AC repair.

  Carlos did an excellent job. Very professional, courteous and efficient. He insisting on getting all our HVAC problems solved. He went above and beyond discovering our problems and proceeded to fix same in timely and safe manner.
