  AC stopped cooling around 3 in the afternoon on a hot August day. Mike showed up at 4 right on time, did an excellent job fixing my AC for a fair price, and was friendly and professional to boot. Will definitely use their services again when needed.

  We knew our AC was struggling - it had been since we bought our house in 2024. But it completely died while we were on vacation, so we called to have TM take a look. They had a full diagnosis ready and portable units cooling the house before we got back from our trip. No one *wants* to replace an AC system, but TM made it as painless as possible, and looked at every detail in our existing setup to make sure the new system runs as efficiently and effectively as possible. Sam, Carston, Mathew and the rest of the crew worked non-stop through one of the warmest weeks of the summer to set us up for comfort - and what a comfort the new system is. The house is cooler, of course, but also has better circulation throughout and just feels more comfortable than it has since we bought it. We're incredibly thankful for the team's expertise and diligence!

  My a/c went out due to an electrical issue Wednesday night. Total Maintenance was prompt to respond to me and give me multiple immediate times to choose from. Janae came out first thing Thursday morning and spent 2 hours in the heat working on the problem and ensuring everything was working well and safe before leaving. Because it ended up being a larger electrical problem with Entergy, she had to come out again that night to ensure everything was correct after their repair. She was very personable, kind, and communicative about everything. 10/10 would recommend
