  I had a leak in my kitchen sink that turned out to be a simple problem. After 2 minutes, the problem was solved. The plumber that came out was very friendly and professional and I expected to pay for a service call. However, I live 2 minutes from their office and the service took approximately 2 minutes to repair the issue. I was charged $190.00 for this service. In my opinion, this is highly overpriced for the service I received. They may need to rethink their slogan. I definitely feel “robbed” by Bob’s. (Note - I reached out to the business regarding this charge and didn’t receive any response from them prior to leaving this review.)

  I've been a long-standing customer of Bob's Plumbing for about thirty years. They've never let me down. I live in an older home in River Ridge. They respond well to emergency situations. They'll keep you informed about appointments and are timely. I've found their prices to be fair and competitive. They're honest, competent, and friendly. Thanks for always helping me out.

  Nice friendly staff. Had numerous repairs done over the last year never disappointed. They don't try and sweet talk you into doing a repair that isn't necessary.

  Brian came out unclogged my kitchen sink, fixed a leaking faucet outside and even helped me out with a bathroom sink drain. Super quick, courteous and gave me great advice to. Would definitely recommend. They are a little old school so have your check book handy. Lol ;)
