From the very beginning all the way through the end of the insurance process, they were there every step of the way and did a phenomenal job helping me through everything related to my full roof replacement. What really meant a lot to me was how much they truly cared. Dane even came out and tarped my chimney when a storm was coming through to help prevent water intrusion while we were still waiting on the insurance claim to be finalized. That kind of service and personal attention is hard to find. Not only did they do a great job, but I also truly value the friendship that came out of this experience. They are good people who genuinely care, go above and beyond for their customers, and make a stressful process much easier. I’m very grateful for everything they did and couldn’t have asked for better people to work with.
