- EBEric BrownJan 5, 20261.0We have a newly installed elevator by this company. The elevator went out of service two weeks ago with someone trapped in it. We called the fire department to remove the individual but elevator has remained out of service for more than two weeks. Multiple calls have been made from servicing and no one shows up. Multiple attempts to get an ETA only comes with an operator saying that a request will a request being made to dispatch. No one in authority or in a supervisory capacity available to talk to.
