- EBEric BrownJan 5, 20261.0We have a newly installed elevator by this company. The elevator went out of service two weeks ago with someone trapped in it. We called the fire department to remove the individual but elevator has remained out of service for more than two weeks. Multiple calls have been made from servicing and no one shows up. Multiple attempts to get an ETA only comes with an operator saying that a request will a request being made to dispatch. No one in authority or in a supervisory capacity available to talk to.
- LLlexman1977Jul 13, 20221.0On my way to work almost every day I see the same TKElevator truck (L19866P) driving negligently from the interstate to a jobsite located by the courthouse off of Camp St. Total disregard of anyone that gets in the way! So bad one morning at the intersection of Carondelet St. & Julia St. I see a gentleman attempting to cross the street at the red light while the driver of the TKElevator truck just runs through the red light without even attempting to brake with no regards to the gentleman trying to cross the street. I definitely would not want a company that has people driving like that to do any work for my business! Update reached out to company and come to find out they don't care! FYI :0
