  A salesman came out the same day I called. Sent the quote the next day. I paid for the new door. They removed my old heavy door. Installed the new insulated one. They called as soon as the door was built by the manufacturer. Set up time to install and remove old door. I was out of town at the time. They wanted to come out the next day. I wouldn’t be home for 4 days. So we scheduled for that day. The installer called a few minutes before arriving. Started working at 8:30 and was finished by 11:30. I was very impressed with the quality of the door. Also with the quality of work the installer performed. Working alone I was surprised he finished in just 3 hours.

  This was my first time using this company and they were fantastic. Our garage door wouldn’t close so I googled garage door repair companies. This company was highly rated so I gave them a call. The gentleman on the phone was so helpful. I explained my situation and asked if there was anyone who could come out today. He put me on hold and came back quickly to tell me someone would be there between noon and 1. I couldn’t believe they could get out this soon and give me a short window, not a, someone will be there between 1 & 5. Stephen came to our house and quickly discovered the problem and resolved it quickly. He explained what he did and even made our garage door open and close quietly, which has not happen the three years we have lived in this new house. I would recommend this company to anyone having garage door issues.

  I regret having to say Ace Garage wasn’t my first effort to get my garage doors repaired. I was given a number to a company that had done some work for a relative. That turned out to out to be very unproductive. After a couple of weeks of no response after sending pictures of the necessary work, I called and was told the parts were unavailable. A Google search brought up several companies. I live in a rural area about fifty miles from cities with door companies, so I wasn’t expecting to have much luck. To my surprise, my initial phone call to Ace was met with total professionalism. A young lady took down the pertinent info, and before the day ended, I received an email telling me when I could expect a technician., which was only a couple of days away. Because I had not sent photographs, I really wasn’t expecting the work to be done on the intial visit. I wasn’t home, but my brother said technician arrived on schedule and was able to make the necessary repairs in a timely fashion. ACE is the ONLY number I will call for any garage door work in the future.

  Ace was highly recommended so gave them a call they where very nice over the phone, and got same day service on a Monday, got a text before the service man arrived, he was on time, the young man was very polite, and installed my new spring fast, greased everything, and explained the warranty, briefed me on preventive maintenance, checked operation of my door several times before he left, and the price was great. I highly recommend ACE!

  As a single mom with three busy children, a dog and a demanding career I was fortunate enough to find Roger to repair my garage door for the first time over 12 years ago. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest and very respectful. In 2021 I followed him to ACE as he already had me as a lifetime customer. It was time for the door to be replaced. Roger got me the best deal on a beautiful, new double insulated garage door. All these years later on a Sunday the original coil broke, and the door would not work. I tried all the things and messaged him. He got back to me right away and knew exactly what the problem was without even looking. He arranged for a service man to come first thing on Monday morning. Nolan arrived promptly and in very much Roger style he was courteous and the ultimate professional. He explained everything he was doing and even checked all of the rest of the door, motor chain, etc. He was done within 30 minutes. Another great experience. I will only refer Roger and Nolan from Ace and will remain a lifelong loyal and grateful client.
