- TTT-RocAug 20, 20265.0I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service your team provided when my air conditioning went out on Tuesday. The first technician who arrived worked diligently to diagnose the issue and identified a problem with the thermostat. After he left, I hooked it up, but the system was still not working. However, an hour later, that technician returned with Hunter. They did additional troubleshooting, resolved the problem, and ensured that our air conditioning was running that same night. Thank you to everyone involved for your dedication and outstanding service.

Our air conditioning went out at 1:30 p.m., and Tyler arrived by 3:30 p.m. to help. After some troubleshooting, he determined that the issue was with the thermostat my husband had installed. Even though the system didn't turn on initially, Tyler left and returned with another technician to ensure the issue was resolved. They stayed until our AC was up and running that same night. It was a true blessing that they took the time to make sure we had air conditioning without needing a follow-up visit. Smiths is the company I will always choose. Best regards, Demetra Miller
- LGL. A GuitonAug 20, 20265.0My A/C blower when out last night (8/19) sometime around 11:30pm. At 8:10 this morning, I phoned the office and scheduled a service call. Hunter (the tech) obviously had a loaded schedule so, upon his arrival, I showed him the whereabouts of the equipment, explained the problem and he was off to handle the needed repair/ maintenance. Hunter is a very nice young man and knows his trade. I've never been let down by Lennox- Smiths HVAC, very please customer and highly recommend for all your HVAC needs.
