They did an outstanding job which also included removing the original asbestos tiles and arranging proper disposal. We were highly impressed with Daniel and his outstanding crew who worked tirelessly. Daniel’s communication and professionalism were excellent. They cleaned daily and we have received numerous compliments from neighbors regarding the finished roof. We highly recommend Mid City Roofing!

Garrett (sales representative) and Sergey (crew chief )were our primary contacts, but everyone was pleasant and professional while making sure they excelled at their work. Eric and his coworker stayed late to complete the metal work after the rest of the crew had finished. The area below the glass had decay in it that I had not noticed (Eric did) and they added it in to the project without any difficulty Garrett worked with us to ensure our low pitch roof would be well protected. Sergey stayed on site and any requests we had were quickly accommodated. We are comfortable that our roof is well protected for years to come.

Daniel, (the person with whom I primarily communicated) was collaboratve, explaining the process thouroughly. Daniel took time with us to assist in picking the color, style, etc. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Sergio, the on-site manager, was available throughout the day of installation. He went above and beyond in assisting in exhaust vent application, management of the crew, as well as, suggestions for overall improvements in the “breathability” of the attic. Again, just want to emphasize how thankful I am to have a company complete work so professionally and seamlessly. And, I would add, honestly.

Marcos and all of the workers were courteous and conscientious. They really hustled! Excellent workmanship. Finished on time and cleaned up the site. We had gotten lots of quotes since we were paying out-of-pocket and Mid-City had the best price. No problems! We will definitely use Mid-City on our next roofing job.
