Matthew knows what he’s doing. He didn’t suggest a more expensive solution to my gate malfunction, he simply figured out the problem and fixed it.

I enjoyed working with Matthew from start to finish. We had three projects. 1. A section of chain link replaced with wood that came out great. 2. A small patio entry gate replacement. 3. A 16’ double electric driveway gate. Matthew came out and spent an hour with me hearing my ideas and answering my questions. We did 2-3 estimates before I finalized what I wanted. I never felt rushed. My patio gate wasn’t perfect at first. I sent pictures to Matthew and he came out to look at it himself. A week later I had a new gate and frame, no push back at all. The new gate is perfect. I’m also very happy with my driveway gate. Matthew explained the workings of the arms and motor in depth. He told me common issues I might see. He told me why he did things certain ways. He’s very experienced and proud of his craft. I strongly recommend using Gate R’ Open.

Matt was professional and prompt while repairing my father-in-law's entrance gate. Matt also has serviced our own home entrance gate. We are very pleased with Gate R Open.
