- G5Gator 504Jun 16, 20261.0They quoted me $175 to come diagnose my well. They charged me $300 and an hour later after the technician left we had no water. I called Johnny’s Pump & Well. He came immediately and charged half the price. We now have water! The way the Water works technician had hooked up my water tank was never going to work. Thank you Johnny Pump & Well! Johnny’s service was amazing!

They cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous, informative, and fair. I couldn't ask for more! Highly recommended.

Caleb was of technician and he was very professional and helped me understand the system better. Two broken parts (pressure sending unit and float valve). Was there for a little over an hour. Left the work area cleaner than when he started. Great company.

Ansel was our tech today and he was so nice and helpful he tried very hard to save my pump even tho it’s pretty old. I could tell he felt bad it couldn’t be fixed. When he told me I needed a new pump I figured he was going to tell me he’d come back the next day bc it was already almost 5pm by then but he stayed and made sure he got the job done so we wouldn’t be without running water. I hope I don’t need them again but definitely the only company I would use. They are the best! Thanks so much for your hard work it’s truly appreciated.
