Today, Brandon came out for an annual checkup on our Trane whole-house system and a Carrier split-unit system for a studio. He identified and fixed a minor leak on the Carrier system and offered to call Cartier directly to address the warranty coverage. This type of above-and-beyond service is why I’m giving them 6/5 stars. Photos of our critters, who both appreciate climate-controlled environments.
