  The company kept me in the dark about the work finish timeline. We were left washing diahes by hand for an indefinite period evidently because he did not find the correct parts when he left to do so. He described how his coworkers routinely gamed customers by unneeded part replacements and I too, felt gamed. I have noticed that the industry seems to increasigly incentivize their service providers in the field for unnecessary billing. The service provider must therefore use this survey to guage consumers ripoff tolerance so they can continue a cost effective level of consumer deception. Through illicit billing policies management joins the field worker in a joint ripoff of the unwary customer. Perhaps these consumer survey results will be used to train field workers in advanced misrepresentation.

  We had a gas line installed by this company and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were professional, punctual, and easy to work with from start to finish. The work was completed efficiently and everything was explained clearly. Highly recommend them for any plumbing or gas line needs!

  Donny and Clarence were the best. They got here on time and within 15-20 minutes they diagnosed the problem. Impressive considering the problem did not happen at the breaker site but at the wall. Donny honed in on it and repaired it. The outlet by the way was on the other side of the room involved. Thanks American Do All!
