- FFFelix FloresSep 15, 20265.0Plumbing department did awesome work at my house; Hal was great highly recommend
- ARAdam RevetteSep 10, 20262.0First, I will say that the Accutemp tech that was sent to my house was extremely professional and knowledgeable about repairing my air conditioning system. That said, Accutemp installed my system in 2021. So, my system is still under warranty. The fan motor and the capacitor in my outside unit went out. The guy didn't have to inspect very much. I told him the issue when he arrived, and he confirmed that I was correct. The parts were covered under the warranty so all i had to pay for was the labor. The service cost $841. The tech started at 1:40pm and was done and leaving my house by 2:30pm. That is $841 for less than an hour's work! The repair was successful, but I feel I was charged to make up for the price of the parts.
- WHWilliam HinesAug 31, 20265.0I have used this group several times over several years. Each interaction has been professional and timely. Recently I had a warranty issue that Accu Temp Services could have technically made a different choice on. They did the right thing like any quality business should. I am an appreciative customer.
