  Mr. Bobby with Coker Air & Heat was absolutely fantastic! He responded immediately and got my AC issues resolved. He was very informative throughout the process. What really stood out was how reliable and caring he was, he even personally called to walk me through the situation and made sure I understood what was going on. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend if you're looking for honest, dependable service!

  I thought we just needed to charge up our a/c unit. Mr.Bobby came out the same day I called him. When he arrived unfortunately my a/c unit went completely out. He did not charge us an arm and leg as other companies wanted to(very reasonable). He came and put us a brand smacking new unit in our home. He was prompt with his time and made sure everything was working properly. When I tell you he is the BEST he is the BEST and I would recommend him to anyone who has a/c or heating problems. Thank you Mr. Bobby for everything you did for us.

  Hi. I will absolutely do business with Coker Air & Heat LLC again. Bobby is professional and courteous. He knew everything I threw at him about the a/c. He fixed my problem with the a/c right away and even suggested and got a plumber out to me. I think within the hour. Not only was my a/c fixed, but also the clogged sink in the bathroom that was tied to the main a/c line. I'm telling you, from experience, don't go anywhere else. Coker Air & Heat is years of experience and a want to help.

  I came across Coker A/C and Heat through reviews left by other customers that used them. For a business to have almost 5 star reviews and is local to me in St.Bernard Parish, I was like okay, let's give them a shot. Mr. Robert is Coker A/C and Heat. When you need work done It will probably be the owner himself that will come do the job. No Middle Man. No large Corporations. Mr. Robert came and fixed my A/C for me. Very kind man, and personal. I would highly recommend Coker. I was with another A/C company for years and the prices started getting ridiculous. Thanks Robert, God Bless, Darren Ragas

  I recently had Bob Coker with Coker Air & Heat out for service, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Bob was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. What impressed me most was his attention to detail. He didn’t just complete the job and leave—he took the time to show me photos on his phone of the equipment before and after the work was completed so I could clearly see what had been done and understand the improvements that were made. He also caught and corrected several small issues that had been missed by a previous installer. Those little extras may not have been required, but they demonstrated the pride he takes in his work and his commitment to doing things the right way. Another thing that stood out was seeing “Licensed and Insured” prominently displayed on his truck. In today’s world, that level of professionalism matters. He may not be the cheapest option, but when you consider the quality of the work, the thoroughness, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing the job is done correctly, he is absolutely worth it. It’s refreshing to work with someone who combines technical expertise with excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Bob Coker and Coker Air & Heat to friends, family, and neighbors.
