I explained my situation with one of the owners of JTB, they didn’t have one large enough for what I needed, so James went out and bought one! Sure enough, Monday morning at 0500 a brand new crane truck was sitting on location so we could get to work.

I have used several equipment rental companies and all of them were pretty much the same except JTB. A friend recommended JTB so I decided to run by one day and pick something up. Since the first time I walked through the door James, Trey, Bill, and the rest of the staff have made me feel not just like another customer but like family. To me personally, that speaks much louder than good prices or good equipment which they have that too. The folks at JTB are awesome and I highly recommend them to anyone that has residential, commercial, or industrial equipment needs!

Also I was charged 3 times and wasn't given a courtesy call to let me know, I was texted. I work for a Union General Contractor. Needless to say we wont be using JTB over any of the other rental companies we've used for years. I figured I give this company a try but next time I do a job or any personal work. I'm going to use another company, also the company's I stated earlier, give you a deposit back when you return on time and with a full tank. These guys are behind on times. If there was a negative star they would recieve it.
