He’s friendly, professional, and honest—he even followed up the day after installing our new water heater to make sure it was working perfectly.   We have been using Robert with Speedway Plumbing for many years. He helped us with a slab leak twice (in two different homes), taken care of a few issues with our previous home’s water heater, and kept us up-to-date on what to do during freezing weather. Not only that, but my parents and grandmother also use his services. He is very knowledgeable, completes in-depth services in a timely manner, and has worked us in when we had emergencies. I recommend him to friends and family all the time! Thankful to have a trustworthy plumber on our side!

  Excellent service from Speedway Plumbing! They were able to come out the very next day and quickly fix our toilet. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. I really appreciated the quick response and great customer service. I will definitely use Speedway Plumbing again and highly recommend them!

  Shady practices. Brand new water heater leaked and/or drip pan wasn’t installed properly in the attic. $1,800 for unit in Sep 23’. Slow leak discovered outside scope of warranty in Dec 24’. Ceiling flooded, forcing home insurance deductible claim of $2,500 and still they billed us ~$600 for the replacement. Seemed like a nice guy at first, but his demeanor shifted quickly once the error was discovered. The old unit was rushed from the premises prior to claim adjusters getting to take pictures. Shady. We did not Google review them or take legal action because we still had to live there for a bit longer. Now that we have moved and have new shysters to deal with, we figured we would let future customers know. Oh and I fully expect a cutthroat response as the wife laid in to my wife pretty good for being honest about what happened in a Facebook group. Hopefully this was an isolated incident, but just in case, make sure you take as many pictures as you can both before and after. Don’t be a sucker like me! Listen I get it, it’s business, but don’t feed your family by taking food from mine. So sad what people have become these days.
