  I really enjoyed Brad he was polite he knew what problem it was we had to take care of with the help of his boss they're a great team We look forward to moving on to the next step We hope to have a successful one Well are next step is complete Carlos and his team came out to do the job they were on point with every step they even worked in the rain a little they completed the job in a mannerly time frame cleaned up ThankU for a job well done Guys Budget Friendly as well

  Our 22 year old AC took a dump this week and after praying that we could use bubble gum and duct tape to fix it for just a little while longer, alas, that was not the case. You can say I was being cheap if you want, and I know it was long overdue for a new one, but I was hopeful. But since I had no choice but to replace it... I would like start by thanking Lindsey, whom if it weren't for her, we wouldn't have known about H&E, and thanks to Hunter for forcing us to get a new AC, even though I really couldn't afford to. You did a great job of making that happen. Then there is Carlos and Dax who had to work in 1000° attic all day so that we didn't have to sleep in HELL one more night. All of you did a wonderful job and I can't thank y'all enough for all that you have done. Here's to another 22 years of AC, and hopefully longer.

  Hunter again did a fantastic job of offering me options on replacing my unit and recommendation on how to address my home warranty people to fix the problem with my unit he tried getting me financing but because of my credit it didn't allow me to. The electrician also was on point about the wiring and that the circuit box was outdated.

He meticulously explained all aspects of the service and associated costs. His expertise in the field was evident.

  I contacted H&E for what I'd originally thought would be a small, cosmetic job. Ultimately, it ended up being a sizable electrical job. I was originally told it would be completed in one long day (probably 10 hours). I cancelled my clients for the day...then was told around noon the first day that they would finish part one around 2 and return to do the second half of the job another day. I had to cancel another day of work and requested compensation (which amounted to 3% of the total price of the job), which was agreed upon. Ultimately, my charged without a price reduction. The work was good, which one should expect at what broke down to $1,000 per hour--except for an appallingly shoddy job at what (ironically) was the reason for my initial call. Here's a picture.
