I felt he was very knowledgeable and worked with us and got the results we needed. The 4 stars out of 5 are for pricing which I thought a bit high, but everyone is trying to get by now days. That being said they did apply a discount to the whole job instead of just a part of it. They did not have to do that! Overall very pleased with Nigel and the company. Also the front office is very nice and courteous on the phone. CB.

He was respectful, and extremely professional did his Repairs with the utmost professionalism in expediency. The cost of repair was economical and well within reason.
