  They showed up on time, we agreed on the scope of work and the price. The window installers installed the windows and sealed every thing up and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend window world to anyone looking for windows at an affordable price with a great warranty.

  Lucas was extremely accommodating to make time to meet with me on short notice, asked only pertinent questions, provided me with a itemized contract which was four times lower than another company for the exact same item. I was very pleased!

  We love our new windows. Salesman (Andy) was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Installers were professional, hauled away all the trash and left everything clean. I would highly recommend Window World. Can't beat the quality and price.

  I had two windows to replace in my garage. The installer Roni Gonzales called and scheduled the appointment for 2pm. He and his counter part were professional and appeared to have a good routine which made completion of the job fast and under 50 minutes for 2 windows. I needed help on my 2nd window to remove my window ac unit due to window being stuck which slowed them down some, but no issues on install. They showed me how to operate the windows and we tested open and close for tightness and ease of operation.

  Unfortunately this is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered in my life. The whole problem started because my window frame was manufactured without the drains installed. This is from the factory. Nothing to do with any installation whatsoever it just was not caught before installing. The process of replacing the window frame took five different contractors from Window World to complete. The first one they ended up firing. I'm not going to say none of the contractors took pride in their work but the majority did not. I told them from day one I'm not in a rush I just want the job done professionally. This is on a house that is now two years old. The last contractor came to caulk and paint over the weekend. He was telling me how the previous contractor did such a hack job on my Hardy siding that it took a lot of caulk to fill their terrible cuts. After it's all said and done I can live with the finished product even though it's certainly not up to my standards. And is not even close to the quality work that was originally done on my house that I built. Communication through this whole process was terrible. Twice I called asking to speak with a higher up supervisor and twice I did not receive a return call. I was given a window of the time the contractor would be out each time and only the last contractor who did the caulking and painting fell within that window. Hopefully from this point forward the worst I will need is a replacement pane here and there which is a easy swap out. Also this review is just giving some of the highlights. I could write a book on what actually happened and provide photos and videos of everything else that happened but I'm not doing that. Proceed with caution when trying to do business with Window World because they are the cheapest but that's what you're going to get as well. I also must add that one of the supervisors in particular was helpful and did what he could. So to sum things up one supervisor did all he could in his power and one contractor took pride in his work. I'm going to go ahead and add one photo. At this stage of the process I was told the job was complete other than the fact that they broke the Hardy trim. Notice the window is not even attached to the house with nails on the nail fin and there's no window tape at this point.
