  I had a wonderful experience with Window World! They replaced two of my windows. The installers were incredibly sweet, professional, and did such a great job. I enjoyed having them around while they worked. I highly recommend them!

  Window World exceeded my expectations in installing 18 new windows in our house. Patrick was so great to work with in providing information and pricing for the windows. Everything he stated hit the mark when all was finished. The value for the reasonable price was excellent. Alex and the installation crew met and exceeded my expectations during the installation time. All 18 windows installed in one day, including all cleanup. The crew was a well-oiled machine! The house looks amazing inside and out! Thanks again to all the helped!!

  The crew of Garcia was very knowledgeable and professional. They found damage at one of my windows ,brought it to my attention and gave advice on how to repair it . I would definitely recommend window world to anyone who is looking to replace windows . Great job Garcia crew !

  Window World is amazing. Gabriel and his team installed my windows in June. They are beautiful 😍. This is an update from my original review (that I couldn't find): So, now that the weather is cooling down, I've had my windows open a lot. Well, I forgot about the double-sash, double -hung window situation. So, I was closing my windows and they were not locking. I sent Gabriel a text after 8pm thinking I may hear back tomorrow. He called me back within the hour to help me with my windows. This is truly exceptional customer service!! They have truly gone above and beyond. I am so glad I chose their service.

  Highly unsatisfied with Window World. I'll start this review out with the good. Billy was our salesman & he was phenomenal. He took his time explaining everything to us & helping us decide which window style & colors looked good for our home. Now for the bad. Let's start out with the 1st installers they sent to our home on April 27, 2026. Right off the bat, they forgot one of our windows. We aren't sure if the windows were damaged during transport or installation but they were scratched & scuffed. Also, some of the screens had holes in them. The caulking was horrendous both inside and out. They left trash & broken mortar all over our yard. We even found a few screws in the yard as well. The inside areas around our windows were filthy after they were done. They had to come back the next day to install the window they originally forgot. Once everything was installed & they left, we walked around our house disappointed in the horrible job they had done. We contacted Window World & they sent out a supervisor to come check out the job. Once he arrived, we could tell how disappointed he was with the job. He took notes & pictures. He informed us that he was re-ordering what was needed to make the job correct. June rolls around and we get a phone call from Window World to go over all the new materials that will be reinstalled and an installation date is scheduled, July 20, 2026. On that day, we get a phone call from the installer saying he will be at our home around 2:30PM to re-caulk. Confused, we call Window World to ask why the installer is just coming to re-caulk because we were under the impression multiple windows needed to be replaced. The supervisor calls us back to inform us that the installer FORGOT all of our materials. They end up sending someone to drop off our materials. Once the installer arrives, he walks around our home inspecting all of the previous installers work and tells us that he doesn't want to touch any of the previous installers work because if he was to repair what needed to be repaired and something else would go wrong, it would be his name on the line so he leaves. We don't hear anything from anyone at Window World about when they would be coming back to complete the repair job. We have to reach out to them and they tell us they would be here first thing in the morning on September 15, 2026. That days rolls around and what-a-ya-know, we get a call from the installer saying he & his guys would be at our home around 2:00PM. Confused, we reach out to the supervisor who tells us that he would call the installer. The installer & his crew get to our home around 2:00PM & yep, you guessed it, they FORGOT the materials for some of our windows. They repair the ones they can repair, tell us they would be back to repair the ones they don't have the materials for, and leave. Still til this day we haven't heard from anyone with Window World. There's so much more I could say but I'll stop here. This has been the worst experience we've ever had with any company. This whole process started in March of this year and now we are in October & our windows still aren't complete. I'm not sure if this was just bad luck, or if this is actually what goes on with this company. I would never recommend Window World to anyone. Something that was supposed to be seamless turned out to be very stressful & displeasing.
