- DCDillon Conrad6 days ago5.0I have used Window World on three separate occasions. The Sales/Buying part is easy. The installation is easy. The customer support is easy. This company makes it easy on you to get new windows, keep your AC in your house, keep sunlight out, and make your house’s overall appearance better. The scheduling and communication with the company and work crew’s attention to detail & cleaning up after themselves is top tier. 5 star company, all day, every day.

When you tell them They did a really bad job it takes about six phone calls to actually reach somebody, Then they pass you off to somebody else, then to somebody else, then to somebody else who wasn’t even a Window world employee or maybe they are, but they’re not but they’re managed by somebody who is… It’s really confusing. Anyway, here’s pictures of what they consider “done right the first time.” This is just a small sample. They did a poor to terrible job on 14 of 16 windows.
- RGRobert GillMay 5, 20265.0My Window World installation was finished today. I worked with Peir back in February to build out new siding, windows, and doors to my home. It was well overdue. I was in contact with Peir and David throughout the course of the manufacturing of my windows and doors to coordinate the install. On the day of install, David, Paulo (PC), Dennis, and Peir were onsite for the install and constantly checked on me to make sure everything was OK. I also received several calls from Claude called to make sure that everything was moving along smoothly. All of the Window World staff, installers, and technicians were professional, courteous, and respectful during the installation. I am incredibly satisifed with my Window World installation and the team was amazing and attentive.

The team introduced themselves and explained what will be taking place with the installation of my Windows. They placed drop cloths on every room and cleaned up after the job was completed. - LLLaurie LavilleApr 24, 20265.0We had to replace all 17 of our old aluminum windows. We got bids from three different companies. All of the companies had wonderful sales people. We liked the look of the Window World windows the best. They had a great price. To be perfectly honest, after having read many online reviews with photos about poor installation jobs, we almost went with a different company. We mentioned our concern and showed the photos from the online negative reviews. to our salesperson. He assured us that we would gave a great installation experience , and we did!!! Those reviews did not match the reviews from our local BBB. We suspect that they were AI created Our installation couldn’t have gone any better! The guys were very professional, polite and thorough. The company called to check on the insulation process throughout the day and to assure that we were happy. We are happy! The windows look great! The installation crew cleaned up after themselves and replaced all 17 windows by 3: 00 in the afternoon. I am very pleased and appreciative of the knowledge of our salesperson, Per. He helped me with the design of our new windows. We were able to lower the middle bar to get the best views. We should’ve done this years ago! This photo was taken before we reinstalled our window treatments.

Window World installs replacement windows year-round. A standard install will take only one day. Our installers install one window at a time and are trained to do whatever necessary to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from the new windows will recover any additional costs incurred within a few days.
What does “Any Size, Installed” mean?
The term “Any Size” refers to any size replacement double hung window our manufacturer will construct. Currently this is a minimum width and height of 15″ X 26″ and a maximum of 48″ X 78″. “Installed” refers to the removal of a basic double-hung wooden window and installing your new Window World double hung replacement window, using the existing wooden stops.
Will the replacement windows be installed from the inside or outside?
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the inside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the outside.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Your replacement windows will be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of replacement window being installed and type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to install your replacement windows. On average each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove every bit of debris from your property and dispose of it properly. If you wish to keep your old windows, glass or storm windows, please notify the installer as soon as he arrives for your installation.
