  I found exactly what I was searching the world for! I was told I would be called when the order arrived, since I didn’t hear back , I called in at 12pm on a Thursday , I was told that it just arrived and the warehouse would be closing at 3pm today and wouldn’t open back up until Monday. When I paid for my order I was not told that my shipment couldn’t be picked up on Friday or Saturday.. This is crappy business!!!’n

  I had an excellent experience purchasing countertops with the most wonderful salesman T-Boy. All of my subs recommended him, my contractor recommended him, and he did not disappoint. I was on a very tight budget and he took me around and showed me everything in my budget and was so kind and caring. He put so much importance in my project which is so hard to find today. The selection is great and the prices per slab of granite and quartz were unmatched. But if you want the absolute best customer service go see T-Boy!

  Drove over an hour only to arrive and find they closed early. Their website states 4 pm closing on Saturdays and we arrived at 3. The worker even came to the door and said they were closed - he could have just helped us being that he was there.

  We were changing the floor in the whole house & had selected a wood look tile. It was not a cheap job. The customer service was great at that time. When it was installed, there was a problem with the grout color. We called & they were going to come out & fix it. We called & my husband stopped by continuously, only to be given the run around. After 3 months, I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, googled how to fix & did it myself. My suggestion would be to use them, only if you're prepared to finish the job.

  Per the recommendation of a friend we decided to purchase our flooring from this store. We went in, talked with Mike, who was very friendly and informative. With the price range that we were looking for he recommended that we buy cabin grade flooring, with the understanding that there was no warranty. We asked about returns - we were told that as long as the boxes were unopened, they could be returned. After installation, we had 7 boxes leftover. When my fiance went to return these unopened boxes, he said they could not be returned without a receipt. When I called, Mike (who had previously been very nice), was rude and completely unprofessional on the phone. He then changed his story, saying if we had the receipt they still could not be returned and claimed this was told to us when we purchased the floors, which is not true. So now we're out almost $500 and have 7 boxes of flooring left (when we had bought less than their recommended amount to begin with). Good luck getting help after they already have your money.
