  The lady that answered the phone was helpful and quick in getting the information she needed and appointment booked. Charles was very polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. We were completely satisfied with his work! I do feel that their prices are a little steep, though, or at least for what our problem was. I knew it was most likely a clogged drain &/or p-trap (which it was), & I knew the diagnostic part was ~$100. But I figured parts & labor are what usually cost so much, so surely this would only be about $250 or less. In the end, it was going to be closer to $500 if I didn’t get a membership, and was $375 when I did. I understand wanting quality work with a backing for things like repairs; you get what you pay for. But I do wish I’d have looked around a little more on this one (ONLY because of cost).

  Our A/C started acting up in the middle of Louisiana summer. We called a well known company that we had a service plan with to come out and take a look. They gave us a few options as far as getting the unit back running and offered for a salesman to come out for a replacement quote. After choosing one of the options and paying hundreds of dollars, they said the unit should work. It did, for all of 15 minutes!!! They sent a salesman out and convinced us that our unit needed to be replaced immediately and put us on their books for the following Monday. I woke up the next day feeling uneasy, so I decided to have a few other local companies come out and give us replacement quotes. Total Maintenance Baton Rouge was one of them. The owner, Mr. Lucas, came out to take a look at our system. That alone spoke volumes to me right away! He was very friendly, professional and HONEST!! Mr. Lucas told us that the unit didn’t need to be replaced and remedied the issue. He had our A/C back working in minutes! He even hung around, going in the attic multiple times to make sure my family would have A/C in this Louisiana heat. To put my mind at ease, he still gave us a quote for a total A/C replacement with ways to save money even if we decided not to use his company. He was very patient, answering all of my questions and even drew diagrams to make the information digestible for someone who doesn’t have a clue about HVAC units. Mr. Lucas also left his personal number for me to call him if we had any other issues with the system over the weekend. He even recommended a plumber that could come out to fix a potentially clogged drain over the weekend because his plumber was not available. Thank you Mr. Lucas for your honesty and not just looking for a quick sale. There are not many companies left that are customer driven over profits but Total Maintenance Baton Rouge is one! We will be calling Total Maintenance for our future A/C replacement and signing up for their monthly membership plan!

  Team member bryan of total maintenance did me a timely and thorough job. He even took the time to educate me on my mini split unit along with ways to keep my unit properly clean and maintained. 10/10 experience and will be a long time loyal client!

  Service Technician Brian Michael arrived on time and diagnosed and repaired the issue with my A/C system in no time!! He was very professional and friendly throughout his time at my home! I hope that Total Maintenance will send him back the next time I need any services! GEAUX BRIAN! GEAUX TOTAL MAINTENANCE !!

  Trevor cleaned the AC system and found the compressor was using more amps that recommended. He suggested a piece of equipment that would lower the amps being used. He gave us the pros for getting it and what would eventually happen to the compress if we didn’t. We chose to get the part and extend the life of the unit by IT running cooler by using less amps. We have been with this company since 2006- right after Katrina. They have always given us excellent service and the service men we have had over the years have always been professional, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend TREVOR - he did an excellent job and I highly recommend this company. We have all of our properties with them. That we bought was $450.00 but it lower the amps usage by 3 amps. We a contract price price for 2 visits a year. One to check Ac unit and the other to check the heater.I recommend Trevor as an excellent serviceman.
