- FDFrankie DayJul 17, 20265.0I called and spoke with Joseph on Tuesday, and he came out for an estimate that same day. A tree fell on the main electric line and pulled my utility pole from the ground. Demco pulled my meter, of course. The estimate was truly a Godsend, and Joseph was, too. Once I accepted his estimate on Thursday, he quickly began work, from attaining the permit to acquiring the utility pole. He was out early the next morning to start the work, and a bit after noon, the work was finished, and by 3 pm, the pole was inspected and passed. This was much quicker than I anticipated. Communication was excellent. I am thoroughly pleased and thankful for the speediness and professionalism of his work. I will definitely use Mr. Sparky (Joseph) again if the need arises.
