In June of 2025 I called them to take a look at my AC unit. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Said there might be a leak. The replaced the coolant and cleaned off the unit. One year later it went out again so I called them back out to replace the coolant and paid for them to run a test to find the leak. The technician was not as thorough or informative. He came out to check the leak after a hard rain came through and he admitted he should have rescheduled the appointment but didn’t. What’s worse, they never called or scheduled a time to replace my coil. I called a different HVAC company that was much more competent and helpful.

Professional, Reliable, and HONEST I would and have recommended Cool Kings to anyone. They will treat you fairly, fix anything that can be fixed and go above and beyond for their customers.

Best HVAC team for a new install of a set of mini splits in a hair salon within a commercial space. Super tight ceiling clearance , these guys were quick and respectful and super reliable as well as fun to hang with. Can’t recommend a better hvac company in Baton Rouge.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ *** Let me preface this by stating I am not easily impressed, and have expectations of professionalism*** With that said... Once again, I want to give a big shout-out to Devin at 'Cool Kings Heating and Air'! He came out today for our twice-a-year maintenance inspection I recently signed up for, after having the blower repaired, and stated in a previous review. This time he was checking our heating system, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service! + I was also introduced to Brandon, another employee who also represented the company well and was right there by Devin's side in the trenches. Both were extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They took their time, paid attention to the little details, and made sure everything was checked properly. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about doing a good job. It's an incredible feeling not having to worry about our HVAC system, especially coming to realize we chose a great company, and people who provide amazing service. Devin and Brandon were both a pleasure to work with! Thank you for the excellent service. It's truly appreciated, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! BTW... from their review, the heating system passed with flying colors.
