  I highly recommend Brotherhood Plumbing! I called about a water heater issue Sunday evening and they got me on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Ethan was very professional and transparent about the parts that needed to be changed. I wasn’t gouged with some crazy price but the work was substantial. That being said, Ethan explained why certain parts needed to be replaced and showed me I wasn’t getting the runaround with parts. I was in an unfortunate situation and Ethan got me squared away. I initially spoke to the owner Joey and knew they would be trustworthy. Definitely give them a shot, this job would’ve been double with some of the other plumbing companies!

  Came out the day after I sent a message. Joshua Jones was very nice and explained everything well. We got our tankless hot water heater serviced and a little of replumbing so I can continue to keep it up myself. Price might have been a little on the high side but I was very happy with the work and professionalism and would definitely call them again.

  Britt was exceptional. Got the work done quickly and efficiently. Very respectful and polite. Everything you want in an employee and as a customer. Will definitely recommend and be a return customer should a need arise. Honestly Not sure how the price matches up but the service and fast work was exceptional.

  From the first time I met Brett and Britt I felt comfortable and relaxed. They both were both easy to interact with because of their professional demeanor and yet folksy enough to relax and do the job without really trying. The job was done in a timely manner that was much quicker than I thought. I would highly recommend this company for any of my plumbing needs, in fact I've got a few more lined up when the finances allow. Thanks guys.

  What I thought would be a simple wax ring replacement turned into several additional repairs, and I’m very glad I called for professional help. The toilet flange was broken and had to be replaced, and the toilet shutoff valve also needed replacement because it wouldn’t fully shut off. In addition, a leaking Pfister shower cartridge was replaced, a new garbage disposal was installed. Andrew was very personable and took the time to explain everything, especially since I had attempted the wax ring replacement myself and couldn’t get the toilet bolts loose because they were just spinning. He had the right tools, worked efficiently, and had everything taken care of before lunchtime. I really appreciated his professionalism and clear communication.
