  Joshua and Chase with BrotherHood Plumbing were amazing! They came out to give me an estimate, were incredibly thorough, and had my brand new gas hot water heater installed the very next morning. They were professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond my expectations. They answered all of my questions, did excellent work, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. I highly recommend BrotherHood Plumbing!

  Bret Godwin provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure all of my questions were answered. What really stood out was his kindness, professionalism, and excellent communication throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely helpful and patient. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention he provided, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bret to anyone looking for someone they can trust. Thank you for such a great experience!

  Very professional service. Love the text messages regarding appointment time, when tech is on their way. Josh was very knowledgeable and explained the situation and recommended permanent solutions to correct an ongoing issue I’ve been having for years. Highly recommend.

  The plumbers were on time checked out the situation and figured a solution and made rhe repairs. Very knowledgeable polite informative and very clean with their their work. I highly recommend for all ur plumbing needs as they really take care in all they do. Very polite gentlemen and cleaned up everything. Repairs worked

  I cannot say enough good things about Brotherhood Plumbing, and especially Brett, Mason and Tommy. What started as a plumbing nightmare and one of the most stressful situations we’ve faced as homeowners turned into an experience that was far better than we ever could have imagined because of these three gentlemen. They arrived at our home just after 8:00 AM and worked tirelessly until nearly 10:00 PM. For 13 hours, they were professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and incredibly thorough. They explained every step of the process in a way that we could understand, never making us feel rushed or like our questions were a bother. We asked a million questions throughout the day, and Brett patiently answered every single one of them with a smile. They treated our home with care and respect, moving furniture and belongings to protect them, cleaning up after themselves, and making sure everything was put back in order when they were finished. They even sent us a video showing exactly what they had done in the attic and how they rerouted the plumbing so we could fully understand the work that was completed. Most importantly, they took a very stressful, very expensive, and very overwhelming slab leak situation and made us feel cared for every step of the way. By the end of the day, it felt less like we had hired plumbers and more like we had friends helping us through a difficult situation. Brett was an absolute angel. He spent the entire day explaining things, answering questions, laughing with us, and helping us understand what was happening in our home. His kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine concern for our family did not go unnoticed. Mason and Tommy were equally hardworking, professional, courteous, and dedicated throughout the entire process. Brotherhood Plumbing should be incredibly proud to have employees like Brett, Mason and Tommy representing their company. If I could give more than five stars, I would. We are beyond grateful for the exceptional service, craftsmanship, communication, and care they provided. Thank you, Brett, Mason, and Tommy, and Brotherhood Plumbing for taking such wonderful care of our family and our home.
