Brotherhood went from seeing a Facebook post about a plumbing problem to checking on it and doing their investigation the following morning to repairing it the next day. They exhibited professionalism, compassion, and excellence all the way through. I am very pleased with their work.

Highly impressed and satisfied with BrotherHood Plumbing. I sent a message at 7am to get a price to have some faucets installed and a valve fixed in one of my bathrooms. Brett was at my house shortly after 9am, and was finished (including a trip to the hardware store) before 11am. With being busy with plenty of other tasks to occupy my time in a given day, I truly appreciate the prompt and excellent work provided by Brett with BrotherHood. I will definitely be using them for any of my future plumbing needs. If I could give Brett and BrotherHood more stars, I would in a heartbeat.

We called Brotherhood plumbing due to a previous company coming out and doing an inadequate job and not having the service up to standard. I will just say they were not “express” and left a lot of work for the next guy. Brother hood made it easy to rectify and they were very professional from calling to make an appointment to Brett Godwin going over step by step to making everything right. Brett also stayed late till the job was completed and was nothing but kind through the whole process. Would highly recommend!

Great experience with Brotherhood! Brett and everyone I dealt with were super helpful with my washing machine drain issue, and they even went above & beyond with a complimentary drain clearing to get my unit functional in the short term. Long term I will be using them for a major drainage reroute for my house. For the major project, I appreciated their transparency with the pricing and invasive nature of the repair (breaking concrete, etc). Plumbing issues can be daunting, but the Brotherhood team treats you like family through the whole process. Would recommend!

The men from Brotherhood are the best plumbers I have ever dealt with. We had a hot water heater put in. The way they communicated with us showed professionalism and a caring spirit. I was at work so they kept my wife informed, and called me along the way. I will not get any other plumber to do anything. I will only use Brotherhood. Caring, professionalism, and great customer service flows from the leaders of the company. Congratulations because you have found what it takes to being a successful company!I can say is thank you for taking care of us!
