  Great experience! Cathy in the office is wonderful and very communicative. Dan showed up early and took care of all the plumbing problems I had - replaced a toilet, corrected an improper installation of a hot water heater (installed by a non-licensed “plumber”), replaced a cracked pipe and put in a new connection for a washing machine. Then when I mentioned my AC was not working, he said - “I can fix that too!” So nice to get it all done with one call!
