  I highly recommend American Plumbing! Logan was prompt, kind, and professional. He quickly found my water leak, explained the problem and the repair, and gave me the cost before getting started. I really appreciated how honest and considerate he was. Thank you, Logan, for taking such good care of me and making a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate you! I will definitely call you again and recommend you to anyone who needs a plumber.

  Hey My name is Kayla I would like to recommend Mr Terry & American Plumbing 🪠 to family and friends and coworkers when I tell you Mr Logan the service tech/plumber came to troubleshoot my issues diagnose the problem, fixed the issues and install new fixtures so I wouldn’t have to deal with this leak issue happening to me again. Mr Logan was nice 😊 knowledgeable, and generous while getting the job done. I would like to say that if u want someone to do the job correctly the first time around u need to get American Plumbing a call. I know that if I’m dealing with any future problems that requires a plumbing thing or issues like hot water heater any situation Ik I would now call them go future services!! But thank you Mr Logan for taking care the problem and now I’m happy 😊 that I don’t have to deal with this problem anymore!!

  Seth and Mr. Terry were absolutely PHENOMENAL! When my home flooded over the weekend I was left with a lot of worry. Seth arrived and was kind, professional, genuine, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. He came in, took his time, and made sure he fully understood what was causing the problem. As a woman who has zero understanding of plumbing and nothing more than Google to rely on, it was incredibly comforting to know I had someone in front of me whom I knew was being very sincere with me. He was focused on finding the actual problem while also making sure he did not do anything that would result in unnecessary expenses. As a single mom, I cannot adequately explain what that meant to me. I had been so stressed about what the damage might be, how much everything could cost, and all the unknowns that come along with it. I am incredibly grateful for the care, honesty, and professionalism shown throughout the entire process. Ten stars, without question! I would recommend Seth and Mr. Terry to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring professionals.

  We are extremely appreciative of the plumbing team Seth and Jaron at American Plumbing, who recently completed a broken water pipe repair at my mom’s home. From the very beginning, they were consistent, professional, and dependable. They kept in contact with us at every stage—before starting the job each day, throughout the work, and again at the end of each day—so we always knew what was happening. What meant the most to us was how considerate, patient, and respectful they were with my mother, who is the owner of the home. They took the time to explain things, answer her questions, and make sure she felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The quality of their work and their commitment to keeping us updated made a stressful situation so much easier. We truly appreciate everything they did and the care they showed from start to finish. We highly recommend these workers Seth and Jaron at American Plumbing and this company to anyone in need of plumbing services. They were reliable, courteous, professional, and did an excellent job.
