  Had a very rough experience with them. Called on Sunday. They scheduled me. They called me and said they couldn't come out. Okay, fine. Said they scheduled me for Monday 8-11am. Great. No show. I called 11am. They told me "oh, we have you on hold pending your call." I said "I called you back on Sunday, that's why we have a Monday 8-11am." They said "Ooooh.... okay, we will remove the hold we placed after you called us back for the hold put pending you calling us back which you did." (paraphrasing for effect) Still nobody hours later. No calls. No text. Nothing. I call and asked "What is the timeframe?" Was told "We don't give timeframes, we'll call you 30-45 minutes before." I said "You gave me a time frame the previous two times." The lady then tried to argue with me that "Well, we had you on hold pending your callback." I mean... what!? Finally, the tech showed up. Was very nice. Explained that replacing the $30 capacity would be $450. I said "What!?" Overall, the tech was very nice. A+. Their process is F-. Their pricing is F-.

  Mark did an excellent job. He took the time to figure out the problem with my kitchen sink faucet and was able to fix it. Now it works perfectly again. Very pleased!

  I had AccuTemp come out to assess a natural gas hookup for a portable tri-fuel generator and had a really great experience with Marc. He was extremely patient, explained everything clearly, and took the time to walk through the setup with me without making me feel overwhelmed or pressured. I appreciated that he was honest about what was actually needed instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work. He explained the gas line sizing, placement options, and generator hookup process in a way that was easy to understand, and he worked to find the most cost-effective solution possible. Marc was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to talk to. He made what initially felt like a very overwhelming project feel much more manageable. Highly recommend.
