  Moved into a new house and discovered an issue with our outdoor unit. The technicians Luke and Gabe came out quickly, helped us navigate the transfer of the parts warranty, and made the repairs despite terrible weather. Highly recommend for the great service!

  Jonathan did an excellent job at my house today. He explained everything about the job that needed to be completed. We are very pleased with his service. He was very knowledgeable about the work that was done.

  Briyden came out to check on my ac unit. He was a very nice and respectful young man. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on and made sure I knew what was wrong and why it had to fixed

  Accutheft was very responsive, punctual and communicative during the whole process which makes it easy for them to screw you! They explained what was wrong with the unit and a plan to fix it! The plan was to replace the whole unit for 18k! Thankfully I got a second opinion! The next company came right out after accutheft left and replaced one wire and the unit is working great!! Make sure you get a company that hired technician and not salesmen. Beware!!!!!

  Came out for scheduled Annual AC check. I told him when he got to my house that the AC had stopped working last night. He proceeded to do his annual AC check and also came and told me the overflow pan was full, so the AC shut off due to the Overflow trip. He said he tried to unplug the drain but could not so would recommend their chemical cleaning which would be $369.75 (discounted rate) and also included him removing the water from my pan. I really found that price to be excessive, especially since I just got a coupon in the mail a week later for “$99.00 Drain Cleaning”! I went ahead and did the service since I didn’t have much choice so I could get my AC back to running. Two days later my AC stops working again so I have to call Accutemp. They send out a new tech. Drain Pan full, Overflow trip caused AC to stop working again! He checked drain, but this time not plugged. He said the drain high point cap was left off, which needs to be on in order for the drain to work! I asked him if he could double check our Trane Cleaneffects Inline Filter to make sure it got cleaned. He checked it and brought it down. You could NOT even see through it!!! We are lucky we had to have a Call Back!!! It’s clear now tho! Rethinking Accutemp?🤷‍♂️
