  He answers every call. This is our go-to-guy every time we have a clog. And if he can’t get to you “the same day”, he’s gonna make sure that you are taken care of within days of your initial call. Won’t hike up the prices, very affordable. Explains what’s the problem, and what he did to correct it.

  Brett was amazing. He did an awesome job working in the hot son. Me and my family are enjoying cool air right now because of him. He’s down to earth and makes sure he shows you he has your best interest at heart. Thank you again Brett.

  Tech cleaned my drain pan and got the condenser unit working again. But said he needed to come back to cut into the unit in attic to clean evaporator coils and asked when I would be available for him to come back. After being told the company would send out a tech with a stocked truck to get the work done, I told the tech I can work from home on Friday so they can come finish. The tech said the office will be in touch to schedule him to come back. I never heard from their office. So I called them on Friday morning to double check when they are coming back. No one at their office knew who was scheduled to come back and somehow they sent a plumber out here to do what?, I don’t know. At this point, I don’t think they intend on coming back to finish the job I agreed to over pay for. At least they got the ac blowing cold again, but according to the tech, the drain pan will back up again if the coils are not cleaned and some drain line will get backed up again. I bet they will expect me to pay for them to clean the drain pan again. Do it right and complete the first time please. Also, very terrible at cleaning up after himself. The tech left trash in my attic from the work he did complete.

  When I called to have a pressure test done on my home before gas meter could be reinstalled they said it would cost $69.00 for the test and anything found would be additional. He shows up and tells me they quoted wrong and he looked at the booking and it clearly said $69.00. He said it is $469.00 just for the test. I refused their service and would never recommend this company.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Jackson (“Jack”) from Accutemp. He arrived very quickly, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was polite, considerate, and professional throughout the entire visit. Will, the “Design Consultant,” was extremely helpful to me as well. I’m very thankful for them both. What really stood out was that Jack went above and beyond to make sure my AC system wasn’t just working, but operating at its best. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I really appreciate the excellent service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack to anyone needing HVAC service.
