  A Godsend! Thursday night before the Friday everyone was taking for the 4th of July, my AC kaputs (sob). Called Friday morning and was told a tech would be here within an hour. Less than 30 minutes later got a text that Hunter was on the way! After I described how it stopped cooling, etc., he nodded knowingly (he knows his stuff). After investigating, sure enough he was right. Had the old capacitor off and new one on in minutes. Checked the rest of the system and made sure everything was good. So friendly. Had a smile on his face with every interaction. You just don't get service like that anymore. Can't tell you how thankful I am to Hunter and Bigfoot for the friendly, outstanding service and experience.

  Jackson is who did our service and he was so laid back, he made the family comfortable in his presence. He did his job quick and with precision and he explained in detail of the situation we were having. Making it very easy to understand. He was great! We’ll be keeping this company for any future issues. Thanks so much you guys!

  Very friendly as always with very quick response time! Garrett had us figured out and a whole game plan ready to get us back on track! Big thanks to him and the install team, they were very efficient and had us taken care of quickly.

  Without a doubt the most trustworthy and reliable HVAC business in the area. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Hunter is genuine professional and has been here to fix our unit multiple times and hes great guy, friendly and fixes the issue fast. I appreciate how he explains the issue first before fixing and asks for my input before doing the work. If you arent hiring Bigfoot for your HVAC needs then your truly doing it wrong.

  I just had Bigfoot service my HVAC unit as part of my annual maintenance plan. This plan has provided peace of mind for many years and has kept my unit in top-notch working order. This time they discovered a problem that was on the verge of causing the outside fan to fail on this 13-year-old unit. Detecting this issue and repairing it during the annual maintenance call saved me from a much larger failure, the loss of HVAC service during the hot months, and having to wait for a technician to come out to repair my unit - and you know that never happens at convenient times! And because I'm on their maintenance program, the repair cost was much less than a standard service call. I highly recommend Bigfoot and their service contracts! They give you legendary peace of mind!!!
