I called them to order a custom glass shower door system, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They came out promptly to take measurements, and within about two weeks my glass was ready. The installation was professional, and the finished product looks fantastic. I’m very satisfied with both the quality of the work and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend them!

I called and made an appt for an estimate for 3 shower doors on a new build. I told them to let me know when they arrived and gave them our number. (I lived next door.) I had taken the day off work waiting for him so I could discuss the doors and estimate. The guy came out, did not call, entered our house without us being there and took measurements. I found out literally 2 minutes after he left he had been here and immediately called their office, the lady said she would call him. He never returned to speak with me. The lady was apologetic and said the company had been in business for years and did good work. However, I told them to forget the estimate because if I could not depend on them to let me know when they were on my property/home for an estimate I could not count on them for doing good work.

Very disappointed with my experience. When we first called we had a piece of glass from our coffee table we needed cut down. They were awesome super friendly. The women over the phone told us to bring it in. It wasn't something they usually did but if we would just pay someone for their time about $20 they had guys in and out all the time they would get it done. We dropped the glass off pulled $100 cash out because that is what everywhere else quoted us we were just happy they were so friendly and could do it quickly. About an hour after dropping it off they called and asked if we knew if it was tempered or regular glass. Being that it was already broken we said we didn't believe it was tempered. They said they could not tell. It was not marked but didn't think so either. We said go ahead and cut it if it breaks it breaks no big deal. After a few days we called to check they didn't have time yet to cut it. We said okay no rush just checking in. After a week we called again to check. They said they were cleaning the table getting ready to cut it. Immediately they called back and said it was tempered they couldn't cut . Different then what was said before but okay. Seemed more like they just didn't want to work.So we let them know we would pick the glass up the next day. They said they closed at 5. We get there at 4:15 no one is there. We can't pick up the glass. We finally are approved to take a long lunch to go pick up the glass and no one is there to help load it. I'm 9 month pregnant and cannot. Help. My husband has to do it alone. They wasted our time and we are back at square one.
