Ghosted by the owner.
I would have loved to have this company do work at my home because the reviews seemed great. However, after contacting the owner and setting up a time for him to come by to give me a quote, I never heard back and he stopped responding to my texts. I guess the job I wanted done wasn’t large enough for their time because this was just 1 of 3 concrete contractors who just didn’t bother getting back to me.
Very poor customer service to disregard a potential client. Not sure why it is so hard to find a concrete contractor to handle small jobs.

Great job all around. Had driveway expanded, a patio installed in the backyard, and a walkway poured between them. Chris communicated well throughout the whole process, from first estimate to the cleanup. We had one hiccup with local zoning that Chris resolved within a day. The job itself was done expertly, with rebar supporting the concrete and refinished, reseeded landscaping at the end. I definitely recommend using Cohorn Concrete.

Couldn’t be happier. Replaced driveway and patio. Received quotes from four contractors. Cohorn provided the most professional looking detailed quote capturing all requirements we discussed. Pricing was competitive. Committed to finish the job in 5 days and by a specific date. Started late due to weather. Had as many as 10 crew working and completed on time.
