- EEEagle4616 days ago4.0The only concern I have about A+Plus company is that they allowed one installer to put a complete install of a Generac. The installers name was Ryan. He started the job at 7:30 Am and didn’t complete the job until 8:45 that evening. Ryan worked his tail off straight through the job only to wish he had some help. I asked him if I could help him and he said it was not the customers job to help. I believe this install could have been done sooner with more than one person. Ryan was totally exhausted by the time he finished the job. Whomever his supervisor was should had sent another installer to help Ryan at some point. I do have one deck board that was not replaced and my trench line where the electrical line was placed is a mess. As far as the company they have been great to work with and the personal was very kind and respectful. I would highly recommend them but recommend that this should at least be a two man job.
