  This is such a great business. They have an incredible selection and, the people who work there are expert level in their knowledge, ideas and advice. When we wanted to find a particular accent tile they sent us to a couple of other places where we might be able to get the piece we wanted. They were most interested in us being able to get what we wanted and getting great customer service. We worked with Barry and he went above and beyond to help us, it was an excellent experience.

  I had one of the absolute BEST experiences while buying flooring today. I went by several other local flooring companies looking at options and decided to buy from Bennett’s due to their excellent costumer service and desire to find the perfect flooring that I was looking for! They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Also, they were so friendly and knowledgeable about all their flooring products I looked at. I went in with the intention of matching the flooring I had already to save money, but in the end I couldn’t and had to buy all new for an area of my house. I’m beyond grateful for them and their dedication towards their costumers. Even before I decided to buy from them they were more than happy to help me and I genuinely appreciate their kindness. 10/10 highly recommend!! The price for the flooring we bought also was OUTSTANDING, we are VERY pleased.

  Had a great experience several years ago with Bennetts Carpet. I picked out new vinyl plank flooring for our place, scheduled the installation. The crew was on time and got the job done quickly. After several years, we needed some work done on the flooring. They sent a guy out to look at it, they were supposed to get back to me. I've called several times, they promised to get back to me. It's been 2-3 weeks. I'm still waiting on an estimate for repairs. If they don't want to deal with it, then the least they could do is CALL ME BACK! Frustrating and we won't buy from them again.
