  Set time frame for fence install for 8 to 10 weeks out from july 22 with a deposit. Called today to get a closer time frame for install, they inform me there another 6 to 8 weeks out more time. Not someone whom I want to do business with since there snake oil salesman/estimater told us it will be done probably before then.

  The fence quality seems to be very good. They hire out the fence installation to a independent contractor. He was terrible to deal with, his lack of communication and timeliness was aweful. Once the project was started all communication went though the contractor. It took him 12 days from beginning to end to complete the fence ( was told it should only take 2). Took him 4 days of actually being on site for the project. He kept on saying he would be here tomorrow and wouldn't show. More times than not I had to ask where he was instead of him letting me know. The customer service was very frustrating. The price for the fence was fine but the cost of hitting rock was ridiculous $35 a hour becasue you hit rock is way to high when the rock wasn't that big, only a couple of rocks was a little smaller than a basketball, everything else was much smaller. Also got charged 6 hours for rock. I don't think they were even here for 6 hours the day they dug the holes for the post. My main issue was the contractor and his customer service, actually if I hire you to do something I expect you and your employees to do it, not to hire it out to someone else.

  This business is fantastic, my wife and I went there to get some fencing rails to go around a large garden. The gentleman that helped us was extremely knowledgeable and friendly as were the young ladies in the main office, he listened to our questions and offered suggestions for us to save money for our project. They truly care about helping the customers, very hard to find today. We have been back several times for other items. Please visit this business as you won’t be disappointed.
