  I did a regular water heater flush. Travis did a great job explaining and letting me the condition of the water heater and the price. Overall good, but it is a higher price than most others. It does make me feel like doing this myself for the next time. Overall they did great, but pricey.

  Chase was very knowledgeable in the work performed. He was able to unblock the drain line and find where the line was cracked beyond the test T juncture. Chase stated the responsibility would be with the city to repair, but a follow up MSD visit stated it was not the city but rather the owner b/c the red perimeter lines showing the area location of where the cracked line is located is within the owner's area of responsibility. Although this was good diagnosis performed today by Chase, the noted responsibility party is incorrect and the pricing for 1 hour-ish of work is a bit overpriced at $426, especially after being told by MSD that the same work would had been done free of charge (I wish I knew this ahead of time). I am currently waiting on an estimate to get an idea of cost to repair with Chase.
