Highly recommend Dillon and A&D. Last summer during the hottest week of the year our ac went out. I looked for recommendations on FB and he was recommended above all others. Called and they came right out. Turns out we needed a new system which they got replaced as soon as possible. Fast forward to last week, had a tenant call about no ac. Again they got right on it. They are very professional, great customer service and reasonable price. Definitely who I recommend and will be the first person I call with any future needs in my next house

Absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with, new construction- they did not glue exhaust pipes in basement leaking co2 caused all the alarms to go off. Didn’t have heat until I called another company to fix after 3 month had to have a new furnace installed. Install was terrible, multiple problems too much to list. Owners ignored after call after call never came out. Definitely reporting to governing bodies

Quick service from great people. They also saved us thousands compared to other quotes we got. I would highly recommend!
Standard disposable filters should be replaced every 1 to 2 months, while premium filters can last 2 to 4 months. Regular filter replacement is essential for maintaining optimal air quality and system efficiency.
How long does installation take?
A typical HVAC installation can be completed within a single day. However, more complex systems or those requiring extensive ductwork may require additional time. We will provide you with a precise timeline before beginning the installation process.
What is a SEER rating and why does it matter?
SEER, which stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio, is a measure of an air conditioner's cooling efficiency. A higher SEER rating indicates greater energy efficiency, which typically results in reduced utility costs for the homeowner.
How much does a new HVAC system cost?
The cost of a new HVAC system varies depending on factors such as the type of system, its size, and the complexity of the installation. Our company provides complimentary estimates for system replacements and new installations to help you understand the costs involved.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Our technicians are fully licensed and insured, with many holding Kentucky HVAC Master or Journeyman licenses. This ensures that all work is performed to the highest professional standards and in compliance with state regulations.
How often should I service my HVAC system?
We advise servicing your heating and cooling systems annually, preferably in spring for air conditioning and fall for heating. This regular maintenance enhances system efficiency, prolongs equipment lifespan, and helps prevent costly repairs.
How do I know if I need HVAC repair or replacement?
Indicators that your HVAC system may need attention include uneven temperatures, increased energy bills, unusual noises, or frequent repairs. For systems over 10-15 years old, replacement might be more economical than continued repairs.
Do you offer emergency HVAC services?
We provide round-the-clock emergency heating and cooling repair services to ensure your home remains comfortable and safe at all times, regardless of the hour.
What brands of HVAC equipment do you install or service?
Our company works with all major HVAC brands, including Bryant. We will recommend the most suitable equipment for your specific home requirements and budget considerations.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
We offer comprehensive maintenance plans that include regular system tune-ups, priority service, and exclusive discounts. These plans are designed to keep your HVAC system operating efficiently throughout the year.
