It had streaks on one end where it wasn’t polished correctly…they came back out and repolished it a few months later. We were told we shouldn’t have to do anything with it for at least five years. We are seeing more spots and called today to ask how much it would be to have it polished and resealed and was told they don’t do that and couldn’t find where they came out last time. We want to keep it nice and willing to pay a professional to do it but confused when another reputable company will do it but not the company we bought it from. Again, very disappointed in the customer service we are receiving from BMG and the confusing messages we have been told.
