Answered all my questions quickly and politely. Great team of workers! Removed old windows and debris when finished. Highly recommend! Mike Woodson was great, got me the windows I needed at a good price! He showed me all the mechanics of the windows which makes me like them even more! Mengel windows are the best, will tell everyone I know when they need new windows!

I had the installation paperwork and called Mengel. Liz was fantastic took all the information and called me back once the replacement sash was ready. Although I had not purchased anything from them, Mengel treated me with great respect and care. So, I will be using their services in the future!
