  Our experience with Storm Damage Pro was extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about their business practices. My elderly mother hired this company to install a roof. Before the installation began, two cashier’s checks were handed directly to the company in person. One of those checks was for $1,000. After the project was completed, the company claimed they never received that $1,000 payment. This statement is false. We have bank records confirming the cashier’s check was issued and cashed, witnesses who were present when the checks were handed over, and documentation confirming the payment was processed. In addition, several modifications that were agreed upon for the project were never completed. To make matters worse, the company and owner, Jaxon Tate, are also withholding over $1,000 from the unused portion of the insurance funds that should have been returned once the project was finished. Despite attempts to resolve the matter, the issue remains unresolved. Because of this experience, I strongly advise anyone considering Storm Damage Pro to proceed with extreme caution. Families with elderly homeowners should be especially careful, document every payment, and keep detailed records.

  Storm Damage Pros did a great job fixing the hail damage on my vehicle, shout out to Zach for making the process easy and in a timely manner! Would recommend.
