  We called Schwartz on a Monday morning and by Tuesday before 12:00, our C/A problem was diagnosed, part ordered, part replaced, and both units serviced. We had two technicians complete our service. I unfortunately don’t remember the technician’s name from Monday, but he was excellent. He patiently diagnosed the problem, explained to us what it was, got needed part ordered, and scheduled visit for Tuesday to have part replaced and units serviced. He was considerate and we enjoyed talking to him and are thankful for him. Tuesday (today) our technician was Andy Howard, who is an excellent technician too. He had the C/A part replaced and units serviced in a short time. He was knowledgeable, considerate, enjoyed talking with him; and we’re thankful for him and for our working C/A. I highly recommend Schwartz service for your heating & cooling needs.
