  From start to finish this was a seamless process! We went on site to see the sliding door options and details in person. Did not feel pressured to purchase at all but felt we were very informed from the jump! On install day the team was fantastic, answered all my questions and were very efficient. Would recommend this location for your home window/door etc. needs!

  Window world did a great job. Russ was easy to work with very knowledgeable. The installers were in and out in one day.They replaced12 windows ,did a thorough job of cleaning up. Very little mess . I highly recommend window world.

  We had many estimates on widows. Some companies used high pressure and discounted over priced windows. Bryer ,from window world,came in,measured, showed us options, and gave a direct,no hassle price. We were very comfortable with the windows we selected and the great price. When our windows came in,the installer, Taylor, and his helper did a FANTASTIC job on installation. They worked non stop,cleaned up everything, and made sure we were happy with the installation. We are now going to buy doors from Window World,and ask for Taylor to install them. By the way,the new windows really added curb appeal and you can't beat the warranty. This is a top notch company that we got to deal directly with the owners.

  Window World was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. Very professional from start to finish. I did get a couple of quotes and Window World's was much in line with others I got. It did take about 8 weeks to get the installation date scheduled, but that was not unexpected because of the time of year in which I purchased and their estimate of that time frame was spot on. The day of the installation went very smoothly. The two-man crew was prompt, quick and professional. They answered all questions/concerns that I had and exhibited how the windows worked and what to do if I have any issues going forward. I highly recommend!

  Poor Workmanship and ability to stand behind work by Window World of Lexington. This company installed the windows in our house in 2023. About a year or 2 into it we noticed something that caused us to look at the seams of the windows. They are not properly caulked. Specifically, they laid the caulk but did not spread it. They did the job very quickly so this was probably a contributing factor. Without getting into detail. It took us a while to get a hold of them because we were renting at the time and the landlord had too much on their plate. We own now as we purchased from the landlord. To be clear this was not a sticking point per se, pin in this (specifically the change of ownership). They did refuse to stand behind their workmanship. Reasons given were (1) it’s hard to spread caulk on brick-does this mean we don’t spread the caulk the right way? Then why caulk at all (2) the warranty wasn’t transferred (this is their workmanship not the window itself and they do have it in their system so silly argument) (3) Their policy is to charge a service fee-policy does not equate to inherently doing the right thing. (4) it’s the responsibility of the homeowner to check the work. This one was troubling. Of course the person I spoke with became defensive to a degree when I calmly asked questions like: “what do you think the right thing to do here is?” Or “if roles were reversed would you want me to make it right?”. I’ve noticed these days some people have a hard time with questions that open up inconvenient answers. Societally we tend to hide behind policy as a catch all, but because a policy exists does not mean it’s just or equitable. Do with this information what you will. Not looking for debates here, anyone consuming can receive , trust, distrust this ad they feel appropriate. It’s just information. As a side note, one of the screens they installed was torn and they promised to come back and replace but never did. This wasn’t worth the trouble at the time and not the reason for the run. Buy windows accordingly….
