- KWKevin WootenMay 27, 20265.0I've been replacing 3-4 windows each spring. After our most recent installation of 3 windows I only have 4 left to go. Window World of Lexington has been my go-to for all of these replacement windows. This latest install has probably been the best experience. The crew was thorough, expeditious, clean and very conscientious. Usually I have to follow-up with a little trim work on the inside. This time around the installation crew trimmed out the inside with the materials they had on their truck. It was great. Also, hardly no mess left behind. The sales rep was great to work with. The people in the office are always helpful. I highly recommend not only the people who work in the field and office, but also the product. I have yet to have any problems with these windows.

I’m extremely pleased with the results. The windows are beautiful, and while my original windows were wood, the vinyl replacements I chose have a modern look that closely resembles wood. Some of the reasons I chose Window World were the competitive price, the lifetime warranty that transfers to one subsequent owner, and the option to have my shades removed and reinstalled for a small fee. That service was especially valuable to me because I’m unable to do it myself, and it can be difficult to find someone who will. Overall, the quality, value, and service exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend Window World to anyone considering new windows.
