  We have a large, old home with multiple HVAC systems. I trust Greenbox to help us maintain them all - and Greenbox has replaced three of the four systems (so far!) with minimal fuss. Tony is great to work with, knowledgeable, professional, and I never feel pressured. Over the last four years we have had Greenbox here for maintenance and a few repairs; we are always impressed with their service.

  Nic visited as scheduled by Greenbox. He had completed work at my home previously and done an excellent job. The issue today was a kitchen sink that was clogged. He assessed the situation, moving from the basic remedy to the most complex. As it turns out, he was able to fix the problem with a minimum of invasive work. In the process, he replaced several problematic joints and pipes, sink drains, and then. Leaned up everything impeccably. I appreciate the care and attention to detail manifest in Nic’s work. I am most appreciative of Nic and his artistry.

  The technician, Tony Moore, did regular maintenance on my system during which he inspected the humidifier and found that it was not functioning properly and had built up mold growth. He provided a quote at a reasonable price and scheduled a follow up service call to clean the humidifier and install a clean filter. Tony explained everything he was doing and took the time to show me how to adjust the humidity settings on the control panel. I am very pleased with the thorough inspection and with his ability to resolve the issue quickly with simple explanations and detailed instructions. 5 stars.

  Trent Edington serviced our Generac whole house generator this afternoon. In addition to his superb workmanship, Trent is also a super nice person who was very detailed during the service procedure. He also was willing and happy to answer all my questions, including what to do during an emergency situation. In all it was a wonderful experience and I hope Trent will service our Generac generator again next year. I wish to congratulate Green Box for having such competent and nice and competent technicians on their team.

  I am so thrilled with the job Corbin just completed for me. I installed propane 3 1/2 years ago to upgrade a fireplace insert. It was very disappointing to step outside and see the connections rusting. Now I feel like I can sleep peacefully because of the repairs being done properly. He is so pleasant to work with and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He did a great job of cleaning up when the job was completed as well. Definitely will use this company and Corbin again. Highly recommend for quality workmanship.
