- TKTerri K1 day ago2.0The installation was sloppy had to call the installer several times for different reasons. After the last piece of trim came in and he installed it we had to call to fix the area around the frame that got tore up. He scheduled to come back then never showed up. Said he would call when he could reschedule but have not heard back yet and when I called to talk to the installation manager had to leave a message. Needless to say have not heard back from him either. Poor customer service!

- KSKenny SchindlerMar 18, 20265.0Just had 7 windows replaced with Window World and wish we would have upgraded sooner. Pretty sure the windows we had replaced were from the 1930’s. The new windows have cut down the street noise we get from Bardstown Road. We had terrible gaps in 3 of the upstairs windows allowing so much air in. With the new Window World windows we can now keep the upstairs and hallway warm. It’s only been a week, but we’ve had all 4 seasons in that week and can tell a major difference in the temperature upstairs. Brendan was the sales rep that came by, it was nice to have a quote instantly instead of waiting a few days or weeks like some of the other companies. Kenny and his helper were polite and courteous and knocked out the work in 1 day. We’re set for quite a while on windows, but Window World will be the first call I make when it comes time to update more.

It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Generally, replacement windows can be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of window being installed and type being removed helps determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average each window takes about 30-60 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
